Role of Hidden Lane Journeys

Professional fees

Travel planning is a professional service. Fees for planning, consultation, and coordination are discussed and agreed upon in advance and are separate from the cost of travel arrangements. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Travel Suppliers and Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, cancellations, health issues, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control. While we assist in planning and coordination, responsibility for travel services rests with the suppliers providing them.

Changes and cancellations

Supplier terms and conditions—including cancellation policies, change fees, and refund eligibility—apply to all bookings. Hidden Lane Journeys is not responsible for penalties imposed by suppliers.
